Having a quality camera bag is imperative, as the life of my expensive camera equipment relies on it. I have several camera bags, including one that just fits the camera alone with minimal accessories and another that fits my camera and some accessories but is not well padded. Read on to see what I think about this camera bag.
This review is on the Pangshi Waterproof DSLR Camera Laptop Backpack. This camera bag is not only a very good looking bag, but seems to be very well constructed. The bag is composed of 16oz high density canvas which is durable and waterproof. The color is a nice washed out gray with black accents. It has several straps, zippers and Velcro attachment which are very secure.
On either side of the bag are Velcro closure pockets, which can be used to store a lens or even to help hold my tripod with the help of a strap above the pocket. At the rear of the bag is a large slim pocket meant to hold tablets or laptops, and although the specs say it can hold a laptop up to 14 inches, my large 17 inch HP laptop fits in there nice and snug.
At the front are two double flaps. Each flap has another underneath which doubles as a zippered pouch for holding little accessories. Below the top flap is a zippered compartment with sen in slots to hold pens, batteries, etc. and the compartment is large enough to hold smaller accessories. Below the lower flap is another zippered compartment with velcro dividers where I store my camera, lenses, flash, etc. There is plenty of room in there, and my equipment feels snug thanks to the foam dividers.
Most importantly, the bag is very comfortable to wear thanks to padding on it’s rear end. The shoulder straps are well padded as well. There is also a strap which can be used to wrap around your stomach, from one shoulder strap to the other.
I received this camera bag at a discounted rate in exchange of my honest review, and these are my unbiased thoughts on the product.
