When purchasing binoculars there are many options to consider, such as focal length, lens size, focus rings and build quality. This pocket sized set of binoculars from Teyeleec has got some nice features, especially for it’s price.
This review is on the Teyeleec 20 X 22 Compact Binoculars. These binoculars have a magnification value of 20, meaning the objects will appear 20 times their actual size. Being that it has a set magnification value of 20 means that you can’t zoom in or out, but I have had luck using the focus ring to focus on closer or further objects. The closest distance I was able to focus was approximately 6 feet. There is also a secondary focus ring on the right lens, to allow for a different focus in both lenses, which helps if you have glasses. In general the optics are pretty good, considering the lens size.
The build quality of these binoculars is also pretty nice as it is entirely encased in a rubber housing, which provides a good grip. Being that the binoculars are shock and waterproof lets me have peace of mind when I travel. The binoculars included a carry case with a belt loop hole and a lanyard for wearing it around your neck.
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased review.
